  • What is CG's cancellation policy?

    CG Memberships are designed to offer the most flexibility for our members. Depending on your business needs, we can create a month-to-month membership term, or a custom term up to 36 months.

  • What is an Enterprise Membership?

  • What is a private office Membership?

    Office Members at CG have 24/7 access to your location, and can utilize all shared membership amenities like conference rooms, printing, phone rooms, mail/package handling, and more. Private Offices range from 1- 12+ office sizes, and come fully furnished with electronic sit-to-stand desk(s), ergonomic chair(s), and small filing cabinet(s).   • What is a Desk Membership?

    Desk Members at CG have 24/7 access to your location, and can utilize all shared membership amenities like conference rooms, printing, phone rooms, mail/package handling, and more. Desk members can select any available dedicated desk in our Desk space. There is no limit to the amount of days you can work at CG! If you’d like to learn more or sign up, click here!

  • What is a Communal Membership? How can I sign up?

    Communal Members at CG have access to your location Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm (hours may vary by location), and can utilize all shared membership amenities like conference rooms, printing, phone rooms, mail/package handling, and more. Communal members have designated spaces throughout the community that are first-come, first-serve work stations. There is no limit to the amount of weekdays you can work at CG!   • What are the different types of memberships that CommonGrounds offers?

    CG has a membership option that is perfect for everyone! We offer Communal Memberships, Desk Memberships, Office Memberships, and customized Enterprise memberships.

  • I'm interested in becoming a member, but can I try out the space for free before I sign up?

    Yes! CG happily offers a free trial period to any future community members. We want you to feel comfortable with your new membership before making a decision. Click here to schedule a tour and your free trial period!

  • I'm interested in a CG Membership but have some more questions. Who can I speak with about a new membership?

  • I'm a CG member. Do I have access to other CG locations across the country?

    Yes! All CG members have Communal Membership access across our workspace portfolio.

  • What type of Internet offerings does CommonGrounds provide?

    CG has standardized redundant fiber internet circuits in all locations. Our General Member internet offers unlimited devices up to 100mb/s upload and download and can be configured to offer dedicated additional speed for a cost.

     

    CG also offers inbound/outbound static public IP addressing for an additional cost and can be configured within a matter of hours upon request.

  • Does CommonGrounds offer Printing services?

    CG has partnered with Papercut Printing Systems to offer multiple ways to print your documents. Email to print and mobility print are just two options with functionality such as Google Cloud print also built in. Simply scan your key fob at the printer in your Workplace and all your documents appear.

  • Does CommonGrounds have Audio Visual Offerings?

    Each CG location has a dedicated event space with state-of-the-art Crestron Control for projectors, live streaming, integrated audio and more.

    Want to live stream your event to Youtube or Facebook? CG event spaces have dual cameras that can simultaneously record or stream your event to any platform of your choosing.

    CG uses Crestron Mercury’s in all medium and large conference rooms throughout our locations. Mercury systems allow members to bring any type of device into the conference room whether it be a MAC, PC, Chromebook, iPhone, etc and be able to present either wired or wirelessly while taking advantage of the in-room web camera.

    CG has integrated Sonos audio throughout our spaces to provide an elevated ambiance.

  • Does CG Offer Phone Service?

    Yes – CG can provide a phone for a small monthly fee. Your own dedicated phone number. Solution also comes with a softphone app for your mobile device.

  • Can my Company bring in our own network?

    CommonGrounds was built with the enterprise customer in mind which allows our spaces to be highly customizable. Reach out to your local Workplace Manager or sales executive to be placed in touch with the CG IT team. We will then work with you to develop a custom IT package for your offices.

  • Can I bring in my VOIP Phone?

    Yes – work with your local workplace manager to have the phone added to the CG Network in a dedicated Voice Network

  • Are the CommonGrounds networks secure?

    Unlike some competitors, CommonGrounds implements high-end NGFW (Next Generation Firewalling) with Intrusion Protection, Antivirus, DDOS protection and Web Filtering to provide members with a secured internet experience at no extra cost.

    Members on the general member network are not able to see any other devices or members which in turn increases the level of security provided.

    CommonGrounds can define custom rules for your business to ensure maximum efficiency while remaining secure.

    Talk to your community manager about a private VLAN to offer more security for your company and all devices.

    CG uses Salto KS access control platform which allows our members to easily utilize any location All office as well as entrances are on the access control system. No more physical keys to worry about.
