Communal Membership
Communal memberships at CommonGrounds start at $199^ per month and are a great option for the worker who is looking for ultimate flexibility in their workspace. This worker may want to come and go as he or she pleases, and doesn’t mind working in a different space every day, as long as he or she has a space to work.
Communal seating is first come, first serve but is still located in common areas that are quiet and comfortable to work in. So, if you are looking for a workspace where you can spend a few days a week (at minimal cost), yet still enjoy all-inclusive amenities – this might be the membership for you.
Dedicated Desk Membership
A dedicated desk membership creates the perfect balance of privacy and community. Dedicated desks feature full access to CommonGrounds all-inclusive amenities and shared spaces, all while having a private desk to call your own.
Dedicated desks are typically located in a secured room with a locked door, so that you can feel comfortable about leaving your belongings behind. However, with this privacy comes community. Our dedicated desk rooms house other members with the same membership plan. You have the perk of working with others, while having a space to call your own.
Private Office Membership
Private offices at CommonGrounds come in all sizes to accommodate any type of business. Whether you are searching for a one person office or offices to accommodate a 35-person business, we have the right fit for you.
Our offices at CommonGrounds are spacious. They have twice the square footage of many other coworking offices, so you can stretch your legs while still easily communicating with your colleagues. Each office comes equipped with sit-stand desks and ergonomic chairs to increase productivity and ensure comfort.
The beauty of an office membership is that it offers privacy when you need it, and community when you want it. Every office is complete with dual paned glass to reduce exterior noise and enhance interior acoustics. However, your office membership still allows you to work in any common area and network with other members in our site.

Whether you choose to work from a hot desk, a private phone booth, or even one of our comfortable couches – you can work the way you want for the entire day. Conference Room Reservations*
Just like every person, business, and idea is different and unique, so is every meeting. Here at CommonGrounds Workplace, we strive to create the right spaces for each work environment, so you can focus on the job at hand.
Our conference rooms come in all shapes sizes, with capacities starting from four person all the way up to twenty person. We understand that not every space is the right fit for every meeting. Whether you are looking for a smaller, more personal setting for a one-on-one meeting or a large room to accommodate a sizable group of people, we can provide it.
We have equipped our conference rooms with the latest technologies that make it as simple as 1-2-3 to connect during virtual meetings. Additionally, many of our conference rooms feature white boards to make presentations or brainstorming ideas effortless.
The process of booking a conference room is easy! Using the CG+ app, you can reserve conference rooms in advance to ensure your private meeting space. For special requests, please see your Workplace Manager.
