At CommonGrounds Carlsbad, we offer several different types of membership packages. The first tier we offer is our Communal Membership. This membership is typically a good fit for businesses that are not necessarily looking for anything designated or private.
A communal membership caters to members who need access to two major components:
- Fast Wi-Fi
- A comfortable place to sit
Additionally, these members are only allowed to use our space during business hours of operation. Having quick access to the fridge, kombucha on tap, and snacks is not a bad position to be in if you ask me!
The next tier of our coworking memberships is Dedicated Desk. This package offers more privacy and security and allows members to have a space to call their own. They receive a designated desk, an ergonomic chair, and a personal filing cabinet with a key. The cherry on top to this membership plan is the 24/7 building access to our space.
The final tier of membership plans at CommonGrounds is the Private Office Membership. This plan allows 24/7 access, as well as a secured, private office with optional privacy vinyl. This membership also allows access to our shared communal workstations like soft seating lounges, call rooms, conference rooms etc. In order to cater to businesses of all sizes, CommonGrounds Carlsbad offers offices ranging from a 1-person office to even a 12-person office!
These three membership options really push past the boundaries of traditional office space and can save many prospects a great amount of money due to the all-inclusive amenities they receive, and the relief from unnecessary utility bills.
All members are encouraged to book and utilize our modern and state-of-the-art conference rooms for any type of group conference, webinar, meeting, or simply for just peace and quiet. Our conference rooms in Carlsbad are known and referred to by members as Towers 26-30 (totaling five conference rooms within the space). These rooms are a key component of our coworking space and are an amazing amenity offered to all members regardless of subscription type. This is another great tool to utilize for any business.
Our largest conference room, Tower 26, is widely popular and utilized often during/after events. It seats up to 15 members at once and is equipped with a Crestron system for conference calling, 60” High-definition TV, and a whiteboard for team notes. This room, along with our other conference rooms, is available to all members free of charge (and non-members for an hourly rate per size of conference room and a one-time purchase of a day pass).
Members at this location also have the ability to book conference rooms or work out of any communal space at some of our other CommonGrounds locations across the nation.
Our communal spaces are also very popular for booking event space. Seating up to 68 members in our communal space, as well as having a projector screen, whiteboard, and access to a 360° pivot camera for conference calling, communal space is offered to all members for one free event a month.
