None of our swing spaces are subject to long-term contract or commitment terms. You can choose how long your lease will last, even if you decide to select a month-to-month plan. Additionally, you have the freedom to select the membership plan that fits your needs best – whether it is a communal space, desk space, or office space.

All our membership plans at CommonGrounds allow access to common area lounges, conference rooms, phone booths, high-speed Wi-Fi, fax/printer stations, mail handling, and more, depending on the location.
One of our members’ favorite aspects about our workplaces is the conference room access. Each CG location has a variety of different-sized conference rooms that can accommodate a meeting of any size.Inside these conference rooms are comfortable chairs, well-crafted tables, phones, and some even have more advanced technology for presentations and video calls. Each conference room can be reserved on our CommonGrounds application or by speaking with the workplace manager.
