CommonGrounds partners with WORC for Return to Work playbook
CG partners together with other workplace operators and corporate real estate entities to develop a strategy for safe and healthy workspaces.
ommonGrounds is pleased to share the news of our partnership with other workplace operators via the Workplace Operator Readiness Council (WORC); a global council of workplace operators who will share, coordinate, and develop information for advancements towards a safe and healthy office. The council serves millions of member companies worldwide and CG believes strongly in the mission and the importance of this group.
One of the most immediate byproducts of WORC’s assembly is the Return-to-Office Playbook, which was developed by international workplace operators and recognized leaders across architecture, engineering, design, construction, real estate, government, healthcare, and public policy. CG has adopted this Playbook as a set of guiding principles for the way forward as we adjust to COVID-19-influenced workspace.
In a previous blog post, we’ve outline the importance of our members and guests feeling worry-free, comfortable and safe so they can return to work. At CG, we have always taken seriously the health and wellbeing of the people who occupy our spaces and now more than ever this is a top priority to us. The WORC playbook has helped our teams make informed decisions about how to conduct business moving ahead. The playbook outlines key tenets of health and safety that will guide the way we manage our offices, how space should be reconfigured, and which new practices and procedures are most effective for keeping guests safe.
We encourage you to explore the WORC playbook as well as our own. There is a great deal to learn and you can rest assured, we are incorporating everything we have researched into our spaces so you can feel confident and taken care of when you return to the workplace.
